30 Hours Free Childcare Info

What is 30 Hours-

All 3 and 4 year olds will still be entitled to 15 hours of free childcare from the term after their 3rd birthday. From September 2017 families who meet the minimum earnings criteria ( see link below) could gain access to an additional 15 hours making up to a maximum of 30 hours per week.

What Will I Need to Do?

You will need to check your eligibility with HMRC, at http://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk .If parents are eligible you will recieve a code. You will need to give us this code to access the funding. You must recheck your details and eligibility each term.

What Will Happen After I Apply?

Families who make a successful application for the additional 15 hours funding with recieve an eligibility code when applying.This will need to be given to us. We will then have to complete a validation check with West Sussex County Council before a place is offered.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

The sessions  offered will be across all sessions of the nursery and may include before and after school sessions in order to support working families. There will be limited places and these will be in accordance to our admissions policy. Country mice will also support parents if they wish to split their funding across 2 settings.
